Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

ETHWES values your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 7-day return, exchange, and refund policy for store credit on eligible items. This policy ensures both quality assurance for our customers and protection for our artisan-made products.

Timeframe

You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact our customer service team through email or phone to initiate the process.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from perfume, deodorant, or other personal care product marks
  • Include original packaging
  • Not be final sale items

Excluded Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Jewelry and accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or altered pieces
  • Items damaged through customer use
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Store Credit Policy

All approved returns will be refunded as store credit:

  • Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Credit is valid for one year from date of issue
  • Credit can be used for both online and in-store purchases
  • Credit amount will reflect the original purchase price

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package item securely with all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service
  5. Store credit will be issued after inspection of returned items

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same initial steps as returns
  2. Indicate the desired replacement item
  3. If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  4. If the new item costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit

Quality Issues

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
  • A replacement will be sent if available

Special Circumstances

Due to the unique nature of our products:

  • Each piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations
  • Limited edition items may not be available for exchange
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged

Right to Refuse

ETHWES reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that:

  • Do not meet our eligibility requirements
  • Are received outside the 7-day notification window
  • Show signs of wear or damage
  • Lack original tags or packaging
