Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

ETHWES values your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 7-day return, exchange, and refund policy for store credit on eligible items. This policy ensures both quality assurance for our customers and protection for our artisan-made products.
Timeframe
You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact our customer service team through email or phone to initiate the process.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, or other personal care product marks
- Include original packaging
- Not be final sale items
Excluded Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Jewelry and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Custom or altered pieces
- Items damaged through customer use
- Items without original tags or packaging
Store Credit Policy
All approved returns will be refunded as store credit:
- Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Credit is valid for one year from date of issue
- Credit can be used for both online and in-store purchases
- Credit amount will reflect the original purchase price
Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package item securely with all original tags and packaging
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service
- Store credit will be issued after inspection of returned items
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Follow the same initial steps as returns
- Indicate the desired replacement item
- If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit
Quality Issues
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
- A replacement will be sent if available
Special Circumstances
Due to the unique nature of our products:
- Each piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations
- Limited edition items may not be available for exchange
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged
Right to Refuse
ETHWES reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that:
- Do not meet our eligibility requirements
- Are received outside the 7-day notification window
- Show signs of wear or damage
- Lack original tags or packaging
